If you have been following MajorLeagueMommy for some time, you may already be a bit familiar with my fitness journey. I have tried many different diets, many different fitness plans, and it seems like nothing has really given me the results that I am looking for. Not to mention the fact that I am a total foodie and really enjoy eating- so I inevitably give up on super restrictive diets. (What can I say, this girl just wants to have fun).

So, I am going to change things up a bit.
