I’ve been taking the First Day Women’s Multivitamin (Daily Supercharge) for a while now, so I figured now would be a great time to update you all with a detailed review.
If you do follow the Major League Mommy blog, you may have noticed that my kids take the Kids Daily Essentials Multivitamin from First Day. My Husband also takes the Men’s Daily Provisions from First Day. I mention this to say, we are clearly fans of the brand in my household and not just a random person paid to promote.
However, all of my reviews are 100% honest so there’s no bias here. So let’s talk about these women’s vitamins from First Day.

My Personal Experience
I have been taking these vitamins for about 3 months , so it’s safe to say that I clearly had no major issues with them so far. And as a matter of fact, I absolutely ENJOY these gummies!
UPDATE 2023: I have been taking the vitamins for a couple of YEARS now.
They taste pretty good and they’ve given me no issues at all since I started taking them. I like their texture and they’re not filled with a bunch of sugar and junk which I can definitely appreciate.
I currently have these on a subscription and I do plan to stick with that subscription because I like the product.
UPDATE 2023: I no longer have the subscription and, instead, just log in and order as needed.
However, I don’t yet have any clear evidence of its impact on my overall health. I think that’s just one of those things that can be difficult to gauge, to be honest.
Pros
- Very tasty
- Made with clean ingredients
- Contains key nutrients
- Comes with a reusable bottle
- Subscription is available
- Up to 80% less sugar than leading brands
Cons
- Pretty expensive for vitamins at $39.00/bottle for a 30-day supply (at the time of initial review. Check the website for up-to-date pricing)
- Can be difficult to measure their effectiveness

Multivitamins for Women – Are they Really Worth It?
Many of our diets do not provide us with all the nutrition we need. And I know that I was deficient in key vitamins myself (as verified by my PCP).
In such cases, multivitamins are both quite helpful and necessary. But as always, I recommend discussing this with your doctor for the best recommendation.
