Refund Policy

Since is currently offering digital products only, I do not issue refunds once the order is complete and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item through or my online courses via Thinkific. Please note that many of my bonuses are offered on behalf of my respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

However, I do realize that there are certain circumstances that can take place regarding the products I am delivering.

Therefore, I DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

  • product not delivered: in certain cases, due to an issue with your email address or issues with your mail server, you may not receive a delivery e-mail from me. In this case I recommend contacting me to work out a resolution and to try re-delivering the product.  Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to me via email within 7 days from the date the order was placed. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded- no refund will be issued at that time.
  • issues with downloading files: any claims regarding downloading and unzipping issues must be submitted to me within 3 days of purchase date otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded and a refund will be denied.
  • Product defects: While I do spend much time having products tested prior to their release, problems may still arise. Such issues must be submitted to me within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and I fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial contact regarding the issue, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any additional compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered if available.
  • product isn’t as described: these issues must be submitted to me within 72 hours of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that I do not bear any responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of my products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on my website. I do not guarantee that my products are fully compatible with all programs and devices.

Requests for a refund are accepted at within the period of 2 weeks after the order is placed. With your request, you should also include in detail the reasons for your refund request. Please make sure your request does not contradict my Refund Policy.Please give it 12-24 hours for me to get back to you on the issue.

Please note: Purchase of any of my online courses is for ONE student per purchase only. If you decide to share your seat in my course, any refund requests you submit will automatically be denied.
