My Daughter's Preschool Graduation Recap

So, if you have been faithfully following MajorLeagueMommy, you may have already read our post 5 Ways to Celebrate Preschool Graduation. If you haven’t read it yet, feel free to check it out to get some ideas for when your child graduates from preschool or Kindergarten. My daughter actually had her preschool graduation just 2 days ago (and it was seriously the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life…SERIOUSLY). But anyway, we tried out a few things from that list of ways to celebrate and my daughter definitely enjoyed herself and was soooo excited to see all of the family that came out to support her. So we decided to share a very brief recap of her graduation while referencing our earlier post on ways to celebrate.

As you may have seen already, we made our very own Memory Board to recap her days as a preschooler. She really enjoyed this project. It took us only 30 minutes and $6 to complete and it makes the cutest little keepsake!

Her class didn’t have a cap and gown for their graduation, but for ‘Ailani’s “graduate photos”, we got a few pictures of her with her memory board and with her diploma of course.

We actually didn’t have to worry about throwing our own party because her school had a potluck after the graduation. So we brought our delicious homemade pasta salad and some gifts and balloons for ‘Ai and enjoyed her post-graduation potluck/party with her family and friends. There was also a cake for our little graduates and lots of other yummy treats so we didn’t get ‘Ai a separate cake for herself at home.

So there we have it! My little big girl is now moving on to Kindergarten and we are so excited for this new chapter in her life. I hope you enjoyed our recap. Feel free to congratulate ‘Ai in the comments. Happy Parenting!
