DIY Memory Board

My little Lovebug graduates from preschool this week (man, how time flies!) and we decided to kickoff the graduation festivities by doing a little project together this past weekend.

Referring back to my post titled 5 Ways to Celebrate Preschool Graduation, we decided to construct a “First Years of Preschool” Memory board. My 4 year old really enjoyed this project and I really enjoyed helping her with it and it only took us 30 minutes to complete! This was a great way to recap her days as a preschooler while having some fun, and the best part is, WE GOT ALL OF THE MATERIALS FOR JUST $6! I didn’t have to break the bank for this one. Check out our DIY Memory Board. Enjoy!

For this project, we just used a lightweight board (in black), some glitter, glue, popsicle sticks and of course PICTURES! (photos printed and delivered to our home by WalMart)

We wanted to make sure we had a title on the board.
After getting the title placed, we then glued the pictures down before adding more fun stuff. I let her place the pictures wherever she liked.
The end result. Very colorful. I love it!
